We've partnered with the AA to deliver seamless support services to SV drivers, owners and operators.
The AA have 213 LCV approved garages nationally supplemented by 100 mobile technicians all trained to look after your van.
PEACE OF MIND AS STANDARD
For extra reassurance, all SV models will benefit from a standard 4-year, 120,000-mile warranty (with an 8-year, 120,000-mile warranty for the battery).
SERVICE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
For simple maintenance and repairs, you can book an AA mobile technician or a workshop visit within 48 hours. Any necessary parts will be pre-ordered by the AA technician or service centre.
Breakdown
All Farizon vans come with 4-years' free roadside assistance from the AA. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, simply call the AA to book a call out, and if your van cannot be repaired at roadside it will be taken to an approved workshop.
DHL PARTS DELIVERY
Our partnership with leading logistics company DHL ensures that all repair parts will be delivered by the next day to AA technicians, approved service centres or direct to you at a location of your choice.
